The work package will cover dissemination related activities: workshops of stakeholders held in every Member State represented in the Project; sharing of the Collection of best European practices in establishing secure communication channels for referral of victims to the relevant support organisations, individual assessment of victims' needs, and providing information about victims' rights with the informants and interviewees for their comments on the practices described in the report as well as on possible ways for their advancement; presentation of practical tools to foster best practices. It will also cover the final conference of the Project that will be held in Vilnius (Lithuania) and will be aimed to presentation of the following Project deliverables:
a) National reports on current situation in the participating states with respect to referrals, provision of support, needs assessments and information provision;
b) Collection of best European practices in establishing secure communication channels for referral of victims to the relevant support organisations, individual assessment of victims' needs, and providing information about victims' rights;
c) Manual on effective and secure referral of victims;
d) Support needs assessment tool;
e) Maps of important victims’ support resources;
f) Manual on information on victims’ rights, criminal justice system and victims’ support services.
